United States soldiers to spend a month painting border wall

Washington, Members of the United States military will invest roughly a month painting parts of one mile of the wall along the southern border “to improve the visual appearance of the wall,” according to an e-mail sent by the Department of Homeland Security to members of Congress.

Sen. Penis Durbin, an Illinois Democrat, validated the method in a tweet on Wednesday night. “DHS alerted Congress today that soldiers are going to invest the next month painting the border wall “the primary function is to improve the visual appearance.

The paint and items will be invested for by United States Customs and Border Security’s 2019 budget, according to the email, which specified the job will last “around 30 days.”
On Thursday the Pentagon sent a message to members of Congress informing them that around “100 Active duty Engineer employees” would “utilize an anti-climb ending up to about a mile of new bollard barrier near the Calexico West port of entry.” This was licensed by the Pentagon on March 18, according to the message gotten from a congressional assistant.
The “anti-climb ending up” application needs to take about 30 days to utilize, according to the message.
Currently, there are 3,000 active duty soldiers and 2,000 National Guard employees launched in help of border security at the southern border.
